The draft regulations on extra teaching and learning in Khanh Hoa province have 5 chapters and 14 articles. Teaching activities at schools that do not collect money such as compensation for programs; organizations and individuals opening charity groups and classes that do not collect money are not subject to and are not subject to this regulation.

Regarding handling violations, the draft stipulates that schools, extra-curricular facilities, organizations and individuals who violate regulations on extra-curricular teaching and learning, depending on the nature and severity of the violation, will be handled according to the provisions of law.
The head of an agency, organization or unit with cadres, civil servants, and public employees who violate regulations on extra teaching and learning, depending on the nature and severity of the violation, will be handled according to the provisions of law.
