On September 5, Ea Bong Primary School, in Ea Na commune, Dak Lak province, held the opening ceremony of the new school year 2025 - 2026.
This new school year, the school has 3 branches with a total of 488 students, spread across 5 classes. D'Ham village branch alone has nearly 200 students, all of whom are ethnic minority students.
Before June 2025, the D'Ham branch was just old classrooms that were dilapidated every time a storm came. With support from the Golden Heart Social Charity Fund and benefactors, the facilities here have been repaired and upgraded to be spacious and modern.
Therefore, teachers and students here enter the new school year 2025 - 2026 with a new mindset, the quality of education promises to improve.
Therefore, today, the atmosphere of the opening day also became bustling and joyful, teachers and students were excited to start a new journey.

H'eyong H'Dok (class 5B) happily shared: "In the new school year, my parents bought me an old bicycle to go to school. Her family is poor, so benefactors give her books, pens, and markers.
But what makes me happiest is that the D'Ham branch has been upgraded and repaired. My friends and I have a clean schoolyard to play with, a new classroom to study with. My goal is to try to study well to get to secondary, high school and university."
From early morning, H'Vui Knul (class 1A) was taken to school by his mother to attend the opening ceremony. For me, this is the first ceremony in my learning journey, with many special meanings.
"I hope to receive help from teachers and friends to study best in a spacious and modern school that has just been supported by all levels and the Golden Heart Social Charity Fund," H'Vui shared.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy, homeroom teacher of class 5B, said: "My class has 32 students, all of whom are ethnic minorities. Right from the beginning of my class, I encouraged each parent in difficult circumstances to try to send their children to school. On the opening day, all the students were present, I was very touched".
According to Ms. Thuy, in recent years, the local economy has improved, parents' awareness has increased, and the rate of students dropping out of school has decreased significantly. D'Ham wholesale branch alone has been invested in for repairs, more spacious facilities, creating favorable conditions for learning.
Thanks to the connection between teachers and students, the harmonious and friendly classroom atmosphere has been gradually improved.

After the merger, the scale of education in Dak Lak province will be expanded with more than 1,370 educational institutions from kindergarten to high school, vocational education and continuing education.
The whole province currently has over 700,000 students and trainees along with a team of more than 38,400 managers and teachers, meeting the needs of educational development.
