In the report of the Department of Health, the Center mentioned some suspicious dishes such as mushrooms, tofu with a sour smell and wet pork leg.
The water source used in the kitchen is also suspected of being polluted due to storm No. 11 causing flooding.

For the unit providing meals, Nam Thanh Ha Noi Company Limited, Thai Nguyen Department of Health has issued a decision to administratively fine the amount of 20 million VND.
The reason is that the enterprise violated food safety regulations, used processors who did not comply with protection requirements and did not properly store food samples according to the law.
The Thai Nguyen Department of Health requires Nam Thanh Hanoi Company Limited to overcome all shortcomings, ensure hygiene at the facility, processing process and store food samples in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Health.
