On November 20, Vinh Tuy Primary School (Vinh Hung Ward, Hanoi) held a ceremony to celebrate the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day and a ceremony to honor outstanding teachers. In addition to the celebration art activities, the ceremony also aims to pay tribute to generations of teachers who have been attached to the school.
More than 20 retired teachers, from generations teaching in the early years of the founding of Vinh Tuy Primary School, have visited the school and received commemorative flowers.

Among them is teacher Vu Thi Vinh - 74 years old this year - returning to school to receive the affection of many generations of teachers and students.
"I retired in 2006 but every year I am invited to attend the school's anniversary. That is the gratitude and affection that Vinh Tuy Primary School has for generations of teachers like us.
I started teaching in 1970, when the country was still at war and in need. Now seeing the roof of the school I used to belong to become modern and spacious, I am truly proud and moved - teacher Vu Thi Vinh shared.
Also at the ceremony, Vinh Tuy Primary School was honored to be awarded the title of excellent labor collective in the 2024 - 2025 school year by the Hanoi People's Committee and received a certificate of merit from the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hanoi City.

The school's teachers were also awarded the title of Emulation Fighter, Head of the Team and many awards at the city-level excellent teacher competition.
Sharing about the achievements, Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hoa - Principal of Vinh Tuy Primary School - said: "To achieve today's achievements, the collective leadership and teachers and students of the school do not forget the contributions of previous generations of teachers.
The teachers have left a long tradition for us to continue to improve and promote. Therefore, whenever there is an opportunity to express gratitude, the school conducts activities to visit and send wishes to retired teachers.
After the ceremony, the school's leaders and teachers, along with retired teachers, had a meeting and talked. Here, generations of teachers sent their congratulations, shared their memories and experiences in the process of working.
According to Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hoa, the school will continue to inherit the values that many generations of teachers have cultivated. At the same time, it will develop the ability to apply technology and lifelong learning habits of students. Make English the second language in school so that students are more confident and proficient.
