The Mui Ne Ward Trade Union was assigned by the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation to manage 35 grassroots trade unions, with a total of 3,766 union members, most of whom are workers in the tourism sector.
In recent times, the Mui Ne Ward Trade Union has implemented many practical activities towards the grassroots, focusing on taking care of the lives of workers at resorts and tourism businesses in the area.

Notably, the ward union has organized negotiations and signed collective labor agreements, building harmonious and stable labor relations.
In addition, coordinate with resorts to organize sports festivals for union members and connect with the Phan Thiet University Trade Union to support job creation for tourism students after graduation.

These results are considered a bright spot of the Mui Ne Ward Trade Union, and were commended at the 1st Ward Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Ho Cong Duong - Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial Federation of Labor highly appreciated the proactiveness of the ward union in caring for and accompanying workers. Especially in the context of the seasonal tourism industry, which is greatly affected by the season.
Mr. Duong suggested that in the new term, the ward union should continue to strengthen collective bargaining, build harmonious labor relations, and contribute to maintaining the stability and development of the local tourism industry.

At the Congress, Mr. Tran Ngoc Phuc was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Mui Ne Ward Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term.
To date, 11 trade unions at the commune, ward and special zone levels in Lam Dong province have completed the organization of the new term trade union congress.
