At the ceremony, Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel (Ministry of Home Affairs) Tran Hung Long announced the Decision No. 488/QD -BNV of May 15, 2025 of the Minister of Home Affairs on the mobilization and appointment of Mr. Tran Luu Trung - Deputy Director of the Department of Social Insurance and Social Insurance (Ministry of Home Affairs) as Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Payrical Department (Ministry of Home Affairs).
Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Vu Chien Thang highly appreciated the results of the tasks of the Department of Organization - Payroll, Department of Salary and Social Insurance that have been completed in recent years; Especially with the work volume of the organization - payroll recently assigned very heavy, important, complex and sensitive.
However, the unit has advised the leaders of the Ministry to carry out state management work in the field of organization and staffing to meet requirements, high quality and successfully complete the political tasks assigned by competent authorities.
Deputy Minister Vu Chien Thang reviewed Mr. Tran Luu Trung's working process when he held leadership and management positions at 3 units under the Ministry of Home Affairs.
He expressed his confidence and assigned the new Deputy Director Tran Luu Trung to quickly approach the work in his new position, proactively grasp and study the content of state management fields according to the functions and tasks of the Department of Organization - Enforcement and the assigned tasks of the Director.
The Deputy Minister also requested the Director of the Department of Organization and Border Guard to assign specific tasks to Deputy Director Tran Luu Trung, helping the Deputy Director and the Department's collective to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
