Resolutely resolve complaints related to personnel of the upcoming Party Committee

On June 17, the Party Committee of the Central Inspection Commission (CIC) held the opening ceremony of the 2025-2030 Congress of Delegates with the participation of 120 delegates representing 274 Party members in the Party Committee.

Attending and giving a speech at the Congress, Politburo member and Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu - Secretary of the Party Committees of Central Party Agencies - commended, acknowledged, highly appreciated and congratulated the very comprehensive achievements and results that the Party Committee has achieved in the past term.

Mr. Tran Cam Tu stated that the Party Committee has led and directed the comprehensive implementation of tasks according to the Party Charter Regulations, focusing on inspecting party organizations and party members when there are signs of violations. Proactively grasped the situation and promptly inspected 89 party organizations and 28 party members when there were signs of violations (an increase of 254% in the number of party organizations compared to the 12th term); disciplined 261 party organizations and 543 party members according to their authority; proposed the Central Executive Committee, Politburo, and Secretariat to discipline 63 party organizations and 202 party members.

At the same time, direct and guide Party committees and Inspection Commissions at all levels to proactively grasp the situation, promptly detect, inspect and handle violations of Party organizations and Party members; with the motto of "expanding" supervision, "focusing and key" inspection; especially the inspection, review, and overcoming of serious shortcomings and violations occurring in cases and incidents that have received special public attention (in bidding packages and projects implemented by Phuc Son Group, Thuan An; AIC Company; Viet A Company and related enterprises).

To complete the tasks set out in the coming time, the Standing Committee of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu requested the Party Committees of the agencies to constantly innovate their thinking, improve their strategic consulting level, improve their synthesis, analysis and forecasting capacity, and contribute to the planning and implementation of the Party's major policies and decisions on inspection and supervision work in accordance with the new organizational model.

Actively participate in the process of developing documents to submit to the 14th National Party Congress and Subcommittees and Support Groups to prepare for the Congress. Focus on inspecting and supervising the implementation of the Politburo's Directive on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the Central Executive Committee on streamlining the organization of the political system, streamlining and operating effectively and efficiently; appraising the personnel of Party committees and Inspection Committees at all levels to serve the congress; Resolutely resolving complaints and denunciations, especially petitions related to personnel of the Party Committee at the next term.

Mr. Tran Cam Tu also requested to promote the application of information technology and digital transformation in Party work, in inspection and supervision, building a database of Party members, synchronously connecting with the database of Party agencies, effectively serving Party building and political tasks.

At the same time, build a team of officers to truly be brave, honest, professional, with qualifications and abilities equal to the tasks; effectively implement the training and fostering planning work, create a source of officers, and prepare personnel for the Inspection Committee for the next term.
