During the term, the Central Inspection Commission proposed that the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat discipline 63 party organizations and 202 party members.

On the morning of June 17, the Party Committee of the Central Inspection Commission held the opening ceremony of the Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term with the participation of 120 delegates representing 274 Party members in the Party Committee.

The Congress was attended by Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission (IC) Nguyen Duy Ngoc; Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office Le Hoai Trung; leaders of the Central Party Committees, the Central IC and the Party Committees of the Central Party Agencies.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Creativity - Development", the Congress is tasked with comprehensively assessing the situation and results of implementing the Congress Resolution for the 2020-2025 term; identifying directions, tasks and key solutions to successfully implement the 2025-2030 term goals.

The political report at the Congress said that during the term, the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Agency and the Party cells closely followed the direction, tasks, and solutions in the Congress Resolution, led and directed the implementation to ensure progress, quality, and high efficiency, achieving and exceeding 9/9 groups of targets determined in the 2020-2025 term.

The report also stated that inspections were conducted when there were signs of violations against 89 party organizations and 28 party members (an increase of 254% in the number of party organizations compared to the 12th term); proposed that the Central Executive Committee, Politburo, and Secretariat discipline 63 party organizations (an increase of 5. 30% compared to the 12th term), 202 party members (an increase of 242% compared to the 12th term); discipline 261 party organizations and 543 party members under their authority.

Inspect the implementation of inspection, supervision and enforcement of party discipline, inspection of party finances and conclusions for 116 party organizations (down 13% compared to the 12th term). Supervised 61 party organizations and 132 party members (a decrease of 43% of party organizations and 11% of party members compared to the 12th term).

Consider and resolve complaints according to the process against 12 party members and 2 party organizations; 8 cases have been disciplined through resolution. Reviewed and resolved party disciplinary complaints against 40 party members, and 35 cases have been resolved to ensure compliance with the prescribed principles, processes, procedures, and time.

Disciplinary action under the authority of 266 party organizations; 602 party members (an increase of more than 4 times compared to the 12th term); authorization/dission of the Standing Committee, the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee directly under the Central Committee to review and discipline 118 party organizations and 359 party members who violated; assigning the Standing Committees of provincial and municipal Party Committees to issue decisions to discipline 40 party organizations and 57 party members. The declaration of assets and income for 145 cadres under the management of the Central Government has been inspected and supervised, and 10 party members have been disciplined.
