In the past week, the Prime Minister signed many Decisions related to approving the list of members and functions and tasks of a number of Working Groups.
Typically, Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 931/QD-TTg dated May 15, 2025 approving the list of members and functions and tasks of the Working Group implementing Project 06; reforming administrative procedures, digital transformation associated with Project 06 (Working Group).
Accordingly, Minister of Public Security, General Luong Tam Quang is the Head of the Working Group.
The Standing Deputy Minister of Public Security, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long.
Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Pham Duc Long, Deputy Head of the Government Office Pham Manh Cuong, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Truong Hai Long are Deputy Heads.
In addition, the members of the Working Group include: Deputy Minister of National Defense, Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh; Deputy Minister of Justice Nguyen Thanh Tinh; Deputy Minister of Finance Bui Van Khang; Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Phan Tam.
The Working Group has the function and task of researching and proposing to the Government, the Prime Minister, the Government Steering Committee on the development of science and technology, innovation, digital transformation and Project 06 to implement the tasks of Project 06; urging tasks related to administrative procedure reform, digital transformation associated with Project 06 nationwide.
Also last week, Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also signed Decision No. 930/QD-TTg approving the list of members and functions and tasks of the Working Group on science, technology development, innovation and digital transformation (Working Group).
According to the Decision, Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Manh Hung is the Head of the Working Group.
The Deputy Heads of the Working Group include: Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Pham Duc Long (Standing Deputy Head of the Working Group); Deputy Minister of Public Security, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long; Deputy Head of the Government Office Pham Manh Cuong and Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Truong Hai Long.
The members of the Working Group include: Deputy Minister of National Defense, Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh; Deputy Minister of Justice Nguyen Thanh Tinh; Deputy Minister of Finance Le Tan Can; Deputy Minister of Health Nguyen Tri Thuc.

The Head of the Working Group is Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra.
The Deputy Heads of the Working Group include: Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Cao Huy (Standing Deputy Head of the Government Office Pham Manh Cuong; Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Bui Hoang Phuong; Deputy Minister of Public Security Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long.
The Working Group is responsible for researching and proposing to the Government, the Prime Minister, the Government Steering Committee on the development of science, technology, innovation, digital transformation and Project 06 to deploy tasks on administrative reform (except for urging administrative procedure reform associated with Project 06) nationwide.
The above Decisions take effect from May 15, 2025.
