In order to support cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in Hai Duong province to have a place to live, Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tung has just commented in Document 2881/VP-QH requesting Thai - Holding Joint Stock Company to arrange 1 Block (more than 400 apartments) in the social housing project at Lac Vien General warehouse 3 for Hai Duong cadres to rent for a period of 2-3 years.
After the above deadline, the investor will continue to sell social housing according to regulations. The social housing area at Lac Vien warehouse 3 at 142 Le Lai, Ngo Quyen district consists of 10 15-storey apartment buildings, with a scale of 4,450 apartments. The house is about 3.5 km from the new Political - Administrative Center of Hai Phong City.

Similarly, after the merger, Ca Mau province will arrange guest houses and official housing for many officials in Bac Lieu province.

In Khanh Hoa province, the Department of Finance has sent a document to the Provincial People's Committee on the orientation of the plan to arrange public assets, offices, means of transport and public housing after the merger of Ninh Thuan and Khanh Hoa provinces.
The plan to arrange public housing for provincial leaders according to the area standards and the norms for public housing interior equipment (including bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, toilets) for positions according to regulations, including: Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee is allowed to arrange apartments with a usable area of 100 m2 to less than 145 m2, the cost of interior equipment not attached to public housing is not more than 200 million VND.
Department directors and equivalent are allowed to arrange apartments with a usable area of 80 m2 to less than 100 m2; the cost of interior equipment not attached to public housing shall not exceed 180 million VND.
Public housing for cadres, civil servants and public employees: For positions eligible for public housing allocation, it is proposed to consider arranging it in accordance with the location in apartments, residential areas, and dormitories renovated into public housing according to the proposed plan.
