In the 2023-2025 period, amid many fluctuations in the energy market and challenges in the domestic market, the Trade Union of the Vietnam National Group of Industry and Energy (Petrovietnam) will continue to synchronously deploy the task of representing, caring for and protecting the rights of employees, creating a foundation for harmonious and stable labor relations throughout the Group.
The trade union pays special attention to forces in difficult circumstances, suffering from serious illnesses, work accidents, low income; as well as those working on drilling rigs, sea works, in projects far away and abroad, contributing to ensuring social security and maintaining the working spirit.
Workers' lives are improved through investment in cultural - sports institutions and traditional programs. Social security activities such as "Union Shelter", "Petrovietnam Shelter", "Union Meal", along with nearly 150 billion VND to support people in flood-hit areas, have continued to spread the culture of affection among Petrovietnamese people.
In parallel with caring for the rights of employees, Petrovietnam Trade Union also quickly adapts to the requirements of innovation, promotes the application of information technology and digital transformation in organizing activities.
Digital platforms, online management systems and online meeting tools have been effectively deployed, contributing to improving productivity, optimizing processes, reducing costs and increasing flexibility and timeliness in all activities.
With these outstanding, comprehensive and sustainable advantages, Petrovietnam Trade Union has a solid foundation to continue building a strong trade union organization, a bridge, a support for employees and closely accompanying the Group in its development journey, ready to welcome opportunities and challenges in the new era.
Entering the 2025-2030 term, Petrovietnam Trade Union sets new, higher requirements for the Trade Union organization - the force that plays a core role in building high-quality human resources, promoting the strength of solidarity and fostering Petrovietnam culture.
It can be said that the 2025-2030 term not only requires innovation, but also gives Petrovietnam Trade Union the opportunity to more clearly affirm its role as a creator: creating a better working environment, creating stronger innovation momentum and creating stronger solidarity between employees and the Group.
