Clause 2, Article 8 of Decree 154/2025/ND-CP stipulates the policy of resignation after vocational training as follows:
Subjects under 45 years old, with health, sense of responsibility and organizational discipline but undertaking jobs that are not suitable in terms of training level, training major, and wishing to quit their jobs, are facilitated by agencies, organizations, and units to go to vocational training before resolving resignation, find new jobs themselves, and enjoy the following regimes:
a) Be entitled to the current salary and be paid by the agency or unit for social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance (if subject to unemployment insurance) during vocational training, but the maximum benefit period is 06 months;
b) Being subsidized with a vocational training fund equal to the cost of a vocational training course of a maximum of 06 months of current salary to pay to a vocational training institution;
c) After completing vocational training, be subsidized 03 months of current salary at the time of studying to find a job;
d) Be entitled to a subsidy of 0.5 months of current salary for each year of work with social insurance contributions;
e) During the time of vocational training, continuous working time is counted but seniority is not counted for annual regular salary increases.
e) Being allowed to preserve the time of compulsory social insurance contribution or enjoying one-time social insurance benefits according to the provisions of the law on social insurance.
Thus, people under 45 years old who must be streamlined are entitled to 4 groups of financial policies according to the above regulations.
