On the side of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, there were Minister Nguyen Van Hung; Permanent Deputy Minister Le Hai Binh; Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong, leaders of departments, branches and units participating in organizing the Exhibition.
Speaking at the rehearsal ceremony, Minister Nguyen Van Hung said that after more than a month of urgent implementation of activities for the National Achievement Exhibition, up to now, the preparations for the Opening Ceremony have basically been completed, ready for the event taking place on the morning of August 28.

According to Minister Nguyen Van Hung, to make the opening ceremony solemn and thoughtful, the Program received the attention and general approval of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Deputy Prime Ministers.
The National Achievements Exhibition with the theme "80 years of independence - freedom - Happiness" will open at 8:30 a.m. on August 28.
At the opening ceremony, the Prime Minister will give a speech and then the delegates press the button to open the Exhibition.
Minister Nguyen Van Hung said that in particular, the art program at the opening ceremony will spread a message of pride in the great achievements in the cause of building, protecting and developing the country in the past 80 years.

After listening to the opinions of delegates on the opening program, the Prime Minister emphasized the requirement that the opening ceremony must be solemn and thoughtful, creating a deep impression of the scale and stature of the Exhibition.
Paying special attention to the art program, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said that it must be a party of art, an impressive highlight for the opening ceremony of the Exhibition.
According to the Prime Minister, the exhibition is an important highlight in the series of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2 - an opportunity for the entire Party, people and army to look back on the glorious journey that has passed, while arousing the aspiration for prosperous and happy development for the country in the new period.
The Prime Minister requested that art programs must create a joyful, exciting spirit, healthy, heroic sounds, full of energy and enthusiasm to bring the country into a new era.
Art performances must ensure elements such as symphony to be luxurious, majestic, light music to be vibrant, cheerful and strong, and folk music must be warm and smooth - the Prime Minister suggested.
The Prime Minister also requested that the art program should incorporate vivid images of the landscape, culture, history, and people of Vietnam.
After the rehearsal of the opening ceremony of the National Achievements Exhibition, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also inspected the preparation for the Exhibition.


The Prime Minister said that this is a major national event, every cadre, employee, artisan... who participates must feel proud and at the same time strive, overcome difficulties, and best complete the exhibition space of their locality and unit to be ready to welcome people and tourists to visit.
The National Achievements Exhibition on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) has the theme: "80 years of the Journey of Independence - freedom - Happiness". The exhibition takes place from August 28 to September 5, 2025 at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi).
