On the afternoon of July 31, delegates of the Hanoi People's Council met with voters of 3 wards: Ba Dinh, Ngoc Ha, Giang Vo after the 25th session of the 16th Hanoi People's Council, term 2021 - 2026.

At the conference, after listening to the delegates of the Hanoi People's Council report on the results of the session, voters of the 3 wards expressed their high appreciation and confidence in the results of the 25th session of the Hanoi People's Council, term XVI, 2021 - 2026.

Speaking at the conference, voters of Ba Dinh ward proposed to consider transferring the real estate facility No. 17 - 19 Dang Dung street to the local government for management and use to invest in building a kindergarten in the ward; transfer the real estate facility No. 9 Quan Thanh street to the local government for management to serve as a community activity space for people in the ward; the progress of the completion time of the Ke Khe canal project; handle construction violations on the city's drainage system...

Voters of Ngoc Ha Ward requested the Hanoi People's Council to strengthen monitoring and urging the implementation of issued resolutions, ensuring that policies and policies are soon put into practice; competent authorities soon organize a preliminary review of the implementation of the 2-level government model after the arrangement of commune-level administrative units; focus on completely removing obstacles related to site clearance, investment procedures, ensuring the progress of key projects such as Ring Road 4 in the Capital Region, Tu Lien Bridge and urgent civil works...

Voters in Giang Vo ward raised the reality of the site clearance work for the Ring Road 1 project, Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc section, which is still messy, so there needs to be solutions to ensure environmental sanitation; recommended speeding up the renovation, construction or repair of old apartment buildings, ensuring a safe and stable quality of life for people; competent authorities soon have instructions on authorizing judicial officers to sign and authenticate simple administrative procedures such as preliminary records, notarization, original health records of all types of documents...

Regarding the issue of no more motorbikes using fossil fuels expected to circulate in Ring Road 1, voters of Giang Vo ward and Ba Dinh ward said that this needs to be comprehensively studied on socio-economic benefits and disseminated to the people; proposed a roadmap in parallel with the construction of urban traffic technical infrastructure and the policy of converting from motorbikes using fossil fuels to electric vehicles.

At the conference, delegate Pham Quang Thanh, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Ba Dinh Ward, received voters' opinions, clarified a number of issues and said that he would forward recommendations not under his authority to the competent authorities.
