On January 2, a representative of the People's Committee of Tran Yen district informed that at around 10:00 a.m. the same day, in Thanh Thinh commune, a couple drowned and died.
According to verified information, the husband named P and the wife named N (both residing in Thanh Thinh commune). At the above time, the couple went fishing on the Red River, unfortunately the boat capsized.
After receiving the news, local authorities sent officers to coordinate with functional forces to the scene to search for the victim.
"Up to this point, the wife's body has been found, but the husband is still missing. Currently, the force is actively searching," the representative informed.
