According to statistics from Hue Power Company, as of this morning (October 30), there were still about 166,400 customers in the area without power, accounting for 48.4% of the total number of customers in the city.
From 5am the same day, all the company's forces were mobilized and closely followed the scene to urgently fix the problem and find the safest power supply plan for the people.

Mr. Nguyen Dai Phuc - Director of Hue Power Company said that the unit is focusing all resources, prioritizing the restoration of power to residential areas, hospitals, schools and water supply systems.
According to the Hue City Hydrometeorological Station, at 6:00 a.m. on October 30, the water level on the main rivers had decreased but was still high.
Specifically, the Huong River at Kim Long station measured 3.89m, 0.39m higher than alert level 3, down 0.85m compared to 0:00 on the same day. The Bo River at Phuoc station reached 4.48m, about 0.02m lower than alert level 3, down 0.48m compared to 0:00.
It is forecasted that in the next 12 - 24 hours, floods on rivers will continue to recede slowly, the water level of Huong and Bo rivers will fluctuate at above alert level 2 to alert level 3.

Also on the same morning, the People's Committee of Hue City issued an urgent telegram requesting units and localities to strengthen preventive measures to avoid accidents, injuries and drowning, ensuring the safety of people's lives and property during and after floods.
According to the City People's Committee, although there have been many warnings and propaganda about the risk of drowning, there have been tragic accidents due to strong water flows, changing terrain, dangerous deep holes and subjective psychology after the flood receded.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hue City. Requires communes and wards to organize fences and guardrails in areas with deep flooding, strong water flows, and the risk of landslides; take responsibility if accidents occur due to negligence and lack of direction. The city police must control and absolutely prohibit floating vehicles and shovels from moving in unsafe areas.
