The Chairman of Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee has just directed the National Target Program for the 2021-2025 period and implemented solutions to promote disbursement of public investment capital in 2024.
Accordingly, Dak Nong province always identifies the implementation and disbursement of public investment capital and capital for the three national target programs as a key and priority political task in 2024.
Right from the beginning of the year, the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee have regularly directed, managed, and urged to speed up the implementation progress and proposed many solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles for each specific project.
However, in the first 9 months of 2024, the disbursement rate of public investment capital and capital for 3 national target programs in the province did not meet the set requirements.
As of September 11, public investment capital disbursed only reached 35.5% of the plan assigned by the province. Capital disbursed for 3 national target programs reached 50.7% of the plan.
The province pointed out that some agencies, units and localities have not been truly determined and resolute in performing assigned tasks; have not proactively resolved work, difficulties and problems arising under their authority; coordination, exchange and guidance between relevant agencies and units are still limited...
Inspection, supervision and monitoring work is still weak. Some projects have low disbursement rates and long-term problems arise but are not promptly reported and proposed to competent authorities for consideration and resolution.
Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee requests all levels, sectors and localities to seriously overcome shortcomings and limitations; promote the achieved results to complete the disbursement target according to the set plan.
