On October 7, information from the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province said that the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in supporting the recovery from the consequences of storm No. 3 (Yagi).
In order to promote the tradition of solidarity, mutual love and "helping each other", Binh Dinh province has sent working groups to directly support localities severely affected by storm No. 3.
Accordingly, from September 10 to September 21, Quy Nhon Urban Lighting and Green Parks Joint Stock Company sent two working groups of 20 workers and technical equipment to support Hanoi and Hai Phong cities in cutting down fallen trees and overcoming power outages and traffic jams.
From September 14 to September 21, the Binh Dinh Provincial Department of Health sent two delegations of 67 medical staff to Yen Bai and Thai Nguyen provinces to support water disinfection, environmental sanitation, and disease prevention after the storm.
To encourage and reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in supporting the work of overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3, the Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee decided to award Certificates of Merit to 1 collective and 5 individuals of Quy Nhon Urban Green Park and Lighting Joint Stock Company; 9 individuals of the Department of Health.
