On June 5, information from Ta Van Commune People's Committee, after many days of searching efforts, at about 8 am on the same day, functional forces found the body of the female tourist who had an accident in the Dragon Waterfall area, Na Hang STREAM, belonging to Seo My Ty village.
Previously, at about 6 pm on June 2, Ta Van Commune People's Committee received a report from people about a tourist slipping and falling into the Dragon Waterfall area, Na Hang STREAM.

Immediately after receiving the information, Ta Van Commune People's Committee directed the Commune Police to preside over and coordinate with the Commune Military Command to mobilize more than 70 officers, soldiers, militia, and forces to participate in protecting security and order at the grassroots level and local forces to urgently deploy search and rescue work.
Through verification, the victim was identified as Ms. Hoang Hai Lam (born 2004, residing in Yen Binh commune, Lao Cai province). During a tour in the Dragon Waterfall area, Ms. Lam unfortunately slipped and fell into a stream.
Due to the terrain of the area where the incident occurred being dangerous and the fast flowing water, the search work faced many difficulties. Functional forces organized a scene review, expanding the search scope to downstream areas and suspicious points.

Leaders of Ta Van commune were also directly present at the scene to direct rescue work, and at the same time encourage and support the victim's family throughout the search process.
After many days of effort, by the morning of June 5, the victim's body was found. Immediately after that, functional forces completed the necessary procedures and handed over the body to the family to take it back to their hometown for funeral arrangements.
