The Traffic Police Department provides detailed instructions for cases of changing or reissuing driving licenses (GPLX), citizens who have submitted documents directly to the Traffic Police Department, points of receipt for changing - issuing driving licenses in the province or registered on the National Public Service Portal.
From March 1, 2025, after 3 working days from the date the valid application is received, citizens can look up driving license information at: http://gplx.csgt.bocongan.gov.vn and integrate it into the VNeID electronic identification application.
For candidates who have taken the driving license exam at centers and training institutions in the province since March 1, 2025, after 3 working days from the end of the exam, they can contact the training center to get driving license information (number, rank, date - month - year of issuance) to integrate into VNeID.
The Traffic Police Department recommends that citizens who have been granted a valid driving license but have not received a PET card proactively integrate information into VNeID.
This is to facilitate the process of participating in traffic and presenting when the authorities check.
