National Children's Hospital is about to put facility 2 into operation

Facility 2 of the National Children's Hospital in Quoc Oai (Hanoi) started construction in February 2023, with a scale of 300 inpatient beds and a total investment of more than 880 billion VND. This facility is about 20km from the center of Hanoi, adjacent to Thang Long Avenue, National Highway 21A and Provincial Roads 80 and 81; located right next to the second facility of the Central Obstetrics Hospital. HCMC warns of the risk of dengue fever outbreak early
On February 25, the Ho Chi Minh City Center for Disease Control said that the number of weekly dengue fever cases in the first weeks of 2025 exceeded the previous year and compared to the average of the previous 3 years. This signals the risk of the epidemic breaking out earlier in the coming time.

As of the 7th week of 2025, the whole city has recorded 3,431 cases of dengue fever. This figure is 125.3% higher than the same period in 2024 and increased by 49.3% compared to the average period in 2022-2024.
