On October 31, the Provincial Federation of Labor (PFF) held a conference to announce the Decision to establish a grassroots trade union (CDCS) at Gia Thinh Automobile Driving Training Center Company Limited and recognized the Executive Committee (EC) and the Inspection Committee (IC).
Gia Thinh Trade Union officially came into operation with 34 union members, under the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor. This is the core force, the foundation for the Trade Union to develop strongly, represent and protect the legitimate and legal rights of workers.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor has recognized the Executive Committee and the Inspection Committee with the following positions: Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Quyen - President, Ms. Nguyen Thien Nga - Vice President, Head of the Inspection Committee.
Speaking at the Conference, Ms. Le Nguyen Lan Anh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor emphasized: the establishment of Gia Thinh Trade Union demonstrates the spirit of solidarity, a solid foundation to care for the material and spiritual life of 34 union members.
She requested the Executive Board to quickly develop working regulations, assign tasks, make work plans and closely coordinate with the Company's Board of Directors.
At the same time, the Executive Board needs to launch emulation movements for production labor, contributing to promoting the effectiveness of trade union activities and the sustainable development of enterprises.
"The Provincial Federation of Labor will always accompany, support and guide the grassroots trade unions throughout their activities, so that the trade union organization is truly a reliable support for workers and a responsible partner accompanying the development of enterprises," Ms. Lan Anh emphasized this content.
