Decree 103/2025/ND-CP stipulates a number of policies for core defense industry establishments, core security industry establishments and regimes and policies for employees in core defense industry establishments, core security industry establishments.
In which, the regime and policies for experts, leading scientists, general engineers participating in defense and security industry activities at core defense industry facilities, core security industry facilities are based on Article 19.
Article 19. Maximum salary of leading experts, scientists, and general engineers in case of using the state budget
The maximum monthly salary of experts, leading scientists, general engineers participating in defense and security industry activities at core defense industry facilities and core security industry facilities is stipulated as follows:
1. equal to 30 times the basic salary, applied to experts.
2. equal to 80 times the basic salary, applied to leading scientists.
3. equal to 100 times the basic salary, applied to the total monk's workshop.
In addition, the policy for injured and deceased workers participating in defense and security industry activities is based on Article 18.
Article 18. Policy for injured and dead workers participating in defense and security industry activities
1. Employees who are injured or die while participating in defense and security industry activities are entitled to the policy prescribed in Point a, Clause 3, Article 65 of the Law on Defense, Security and Industrial Mobilization Industry.
2. core defense industry facilities, core security industry facilities under their management are responsible for preparing documents to report to the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security to conduct procedures to propose resolving policies for war invalids and people enjoying policies such as war invalids and martyrs for workers, including contract workers who are injured or die while participating in defense and security industry activities; supporting families in performing administrative procedures and ensuring full implementation of rights and insurance regimes for workers or relatives.
