At the same time, participate with the government in implementing measures to ensure better and better jobs and incomes for workers in terms of salary, bonus, dividends, and general benefits.
The company's trade union will also always accompany and promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers, especially those arising during the working process to promptly resolve them, in order to ensure stable, harmonious and stable labor relations.
In the period of 2023 - 2025, the Trade Union of Printing Joint Stock Company No. 7 negotiated and signed collective labor agreements with many provisions suitable to the actual situation of the enterprise and more beneficial to employees than those prescribed by law. At the same time, regularly monitor the implementation of policies and regimes according to the provisions of labor law, trade unions and collective labor agreements.
