    Nghe An - The Trade Union of Andromeda Vietnam Shoes Company organized the 2025 Workers' Conference with the participation of a large number of union members and workers.

    On December 13, Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor announced that the Trade Union in coordination with Andromeda Vietnam Shoes Company's professional team organized the 2025 Workers' Conference with the participation of representatives of the Provincial Federation of Labor, the Company's Board of Directors and a large number of workers.

    The conference was attended by Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation; leaders of Andromeda Vietnam Shoes Company and 150 workers representing more than 5,000 workers working at the enterprise.

    Speaking at the Conference, the leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor acknowledged and highly appreciated the coordination between trade unions and professionals in organizing dialogues and promoting the democratic rights of workers; at the same time, they requested that businesses continue to pay attention to, improve working conditions, care for the material and spiritual life of workers, and build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
