According to the Hanoi Employment Service Center, in July 2025, the city introduced jobs to 4,045 people.

On July 29, the Hanoi Employment Service Center (TTDVVL) said that in July 2025, the city of TTDVVL introduced jobs to 4,045 people, an increase of 1.13% compared to June 2025.

Notably, there were 40,907 workers who were consulted on jobs, vocational training, unemployment insurance... an increase of 68.53% compared to June 2025. Also in July, TTDVVL organized 22 job fairs with 604 participating units, 12,539 recruitment targets. Through the sessions, 12,796 workers were consulted and provided with labor market information; 3,351 workers were interviewed and connected to jobs; 1,107 people were admitted and recruited at the session.

Regarding the settlement of unemployment insurance records, 9,139 people submitted applications for unemployment benefits; 9,060 people had decisions to receive unemployment benefits; 109 people were supported to learn a trade.

Regarding vocational training, 136 students eligible for unemployment insurance are trained in vocational skills, an increase of 444% compared to June 2025.
