Taking the legitimate needs and rights of union members and workers as the center

The 2025 amended Constitution affirms that the Vietnam Trade Union is the only representative of workers at the national level in labor relations and internationally. This is a source of pride, and at the same time requires union officials to be more innovative and responsible, especially from July 1, 2025, the Union will officially become a member of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
