According to the decision, there are 5,342 targets for considering promotion to professional titles of civil servants in public kindergartens, general schools and continuing education schools in Ha Tinh province.
The number of targets allocated by rank includes: 1,069 targets for promotion from rank II to rank I; 3,472 targets from rank III to rank II; 679 targets from rank IV to rank III and 122 targets from rank V to rank IV.
The approval of promotion targets is carried out on the basis of current legal regulations on civil servants and related documents, as a basis for units and localities to deploy promotion consideration work in accordance with regulations, contributing to standardizing the team and improving professional qualifications and skills for civil servants in the education sector.
Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee assigned Ha Tinh Department of Education and Training to organize the implementation of considering promotion to professional titles of civil servants to ensure compliance with regulations; and at the same time be fully responsible to the Provincial People's Committee and the law for the content of advice, proposals as well as the implementation process.
Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper had an article "Slow consideration of promotion affects teachers' rights in Ha Tinh" reflecting on the fact that many teachers are upset when Ha Tinh province is slow to organize promotion, which has affected their rights.
