According to the Ha Tinh Disaster Prevention Command Office, the rain has now decreased, with rainfall from 7pm on November 3 to 7am on November 4 ranging from 20mm to 40mm.
At 7:00 a.m. on November 4, Ke Go Lake released 250m3/s (keeping the same as at 9:00 p.m. on November 3).
Currently, the whole province still has 1,183 flooded households. Of which, Cam Due commune had 520 households (a decrease of 734 households compared to yesterday's 5:00 p.m.); Cam Binh had 560 households; Cam Xuyen had 67 households; Ha Huy Tap had 33 households; Dong Tien had 3 households; some inter-village and inter-commune roads were partially flooded. The whole province has reduced 2,795 flooded households compared to yesterday's 5:00 p.m.


Regarding education, by 7:00 a.m. on November 4, the whole province had 21 676 educational institutions with 348 classes, 12,207 students were absent from school due to floods, Ha Huy Tap High School organized online teaching (35 classes, 1429 students), the rest taught normally.

Currently, the water is receding, some schools are focusing on clearing mud to soon let students return to school.
Hundreds of households are also taking advantage of the mud to clear the land as soon as the water recedes to stabilize their lives again.
