The achievements are successively from the competition results of players Nguyen Thai Ngoc (women's 65kg, U19), Kim Su Le (women's 75kg, U19), Dam Thi Mai Anh (women's 80kg, U19), Le Thi Quynh Anh (over 81kg women's, U19) and Vu Thi Thom (women's 75kg, U23).

Unfortunately, in this year's tournament, no young Vietnamese boxer qualified for the final in the event they competed in.
Throughout the tournament, the Organizing Committee gathered 329 athletes from 20 countries and territories in the continent registered to compete.
Before going to Indonesia, the young boxers of Vietnamese boxing gathered to practice in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang and competed with their efforts.
The tournament competed in 10 men's weight classes, 10 women's weight classes in the U19 age group and 10 men's weight classes, 10 women's weight classes in the U23 age group.
In this year's tournament, female boxers participating in the event must undergo a gender test according to the regulations of the World Boxing Federation.
