On the evening of March 15, more than 2,800 people, including singers, artists, and dancers from central and local art institutions, along with mass actors from local art troupes and clubs; students from schools in the province marched together on gorgeous flower cars, passing through 7/5 Square, Vo Nguyen Giap Street and the city's main roads.

The parade had 10 model cars and 10 groups of actors. The parade delegation recreated the typical cultural features of ethnic groups through traditional dances, creating a colorful, vivid picture.
