Initial information, on the evening of April 11, Ms. Tatiana (born in 1988, Russian nationality) was driving a motorbike with license plate 79Z1-35373, carrying Salastei Maksim (born in 2014, Russian nationality), traveling on Road 2.4, from Vinh Hai Market to Tay Bac Bus Station.
At Km3+015 of Road 2.4, Vinh Hoa Ward, Nha Trang City, Ms. Park Tatiana's motorbike was traveling in a zigzag and fell before colliding with a motorbike with license plate 79N1-23940 driven by Mr. Bui Nhat Long (born in 2000, residing in Vinh Phuong Commune, Nha Trang City) traveling in the opposite direction.
While Ms. Park Tatiana fell onto the road, Salastei Maksim was thrown from the car and was unfortunately run over by a garbage truck with license plate 79C-082.72 driven by Mr. Phan Xuan Trang (born in 1979, residing in Vinh Hai Ward, Nha Trang).
The accident injured Salastei Maksim's hands and feet, damaged his skin, and risked infection. Ms. Park Tatiana suffered minor scratches and 2 motorbikes were slightly damaged.
Khanh Hoa Provincial Police Traffic Police were present at the scene, coordinating with other forces to conduct the investigation.
Initial inspection results showed that Bui Nhat Long was driving in the wrong direction on a road with a sign prohibiting going in the wrong direction; had no alcohol concentration, and was negative for drugs.
