On March 25, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a meeting of the Steering Committee for a number of key projects and works of the province, period 2021 - 2025 (Steering Committee 321).
At the meeting, the Steering Committee 321 of the province reviewed and gave opinions on adjusting the general planning of Buon Ma Thuot city until 2045, the zoning plan for the construction of a new urban area in the Northeast (1/2,000 scale) and the planning of the Ea Tam lake urban center.
Delegates also discussed the list of land plots for investment project bidding that use land, selecting investors for renewable energy projects according to the VIII power plan, as well as the management and use of Buon Ma Thuot Stadium.
Steering Committee 321 has requested reports on the progress of implementation of a number of key projects and works. For example, the Provincial Cultural Center, the golf course project, projects proposed by Xuan Thien Group, the cultural ecotourism urban area - ethnic tourism of Dak Lak province, and the handling of assets on an area of 3,385 m2 of land in Tan Loi ward, Buon Ma Thuot city.
Delegates focused on analyzing difficulties, causes of delay and proposing solutions to speed up the implementation of projects.
Dak Lak Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dinh Trung has assigned specific tasks to sectors and localities in leading and directing the implementation of each key project.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung requested members of Steering Committee 321 to promote a sense of responsibility and focus on speeding up the progress according to the set plan.
