According to the report of the Standing Office of the Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention of Ha Tinh province, at 7:00 a.m. on November 3, Ke Go lake was overflowing with a flow of 300m3/s (morning of November 2, discharge with a flow of 400m3/s).
Currently, the whole province has 5,377 flooded households. Of which, mainly the communes downstream of Ke Go lake, including Cam Due 2,434 households; Cam Binh 2,184 households; Ha Huy Tap 520 households.
In Cam Xuyen commune, there are 227 households; in Ha Linh commune, there are 9 households, and in Dong Tien commune, there are 3 households. In addition, many inter-commune and inter-village traffic routes in many localities were flooded.

On the morning of November 3, the whole province had 34 676 educational institutions with 18,464 students having to stay home from school due to floods, the rest were teaching normally.
Due to the impact of floods, many localities have evacuated hundreds of households to safety.
Of which, Cam Due commune has 795 households/1,395 people; Cam Binh has 560 households/1,880 people; Cam Xuyen has 15 households/42 people; Dong Tien commune has 18 households/21/21 people; Ha Huy Tap has 225 households/397 people; Bac Hong Linh has 20 households/62 people, Thach Lac has 42 households/56 people.

Currently, with the spirit of clearing mud as the water recedes, some houses with light flooding and receding water are immediately clearing mud to stabilize their lives and activities again.
