According to research, in some central wards of Cao Bang province such as Thuc Phan and Tan Giang, many key projects of the province are being implemented.
Most prominent are the projects: Road connecting National Highways 3 and 4A (Cao Bang City bypass route), building a new Provincial Traditional Medicine Hospital. The total capital of these projects is nearly 500 billion VND.
The Cao Bang City bypass project is more than 7km long, with a total capital of 371.8 billion VND, invested by the Department of Construction. The site clearance work has been basically completed, with only about 100m remaining for a household.

On September 19, it was noted that in reality, contractors are mobilizing 14 construction teams, nearly 70 machines and equipment and 60 engineers and workers. The capital disbursement rate for this project reached 81.25%, the construction output value was about 148.9 billion VND, equivalent to 50.9%.
At the construction site, vehicles are focusing on leveling the slope and rolling down to create the road surface. Mr. Ly Van Quan (Tan Giang ward) shared: "I hope the road will be avoided and completed soon because it has been too long, this time the vehicles are traveling a lot of dust and mountain soil, people are suffering a lot".

Another major project is the Provincial Traditional Medicine Hospital (Project Management Board (PMU) invested and built the province as the investor) implemented in Group 2, Thuc Phan Ward, with an investment capital of 180 billion VND.
Currently, the main items include medical examination and treatment area, rehabilitation center, boarding treatment area, dining room, nutrition department, pharmacy and auxiliary works are under construction.
The foundations of the items in the project are under construction, some rough concrete floors have also been constructed...
This hospital project involves 26 households, currently over 34,000m2 has been handed over, and 5 households have not received compensation. The contractor has started construction on the handed-over area.

On September 18, during a field inspection visit and urging the progress of projects, Vice Chairman of Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee Hoang Van Thach praised the efforts of local authorities, investors and contractors when the progress of projects has many positive changes.
He requested that the bypass connecting Thuc Phan - Tan Giang wards must be completely completed in December 2025. At the same time, the locality quickly arranged resettlement for the remaining households and completely handled the situation of soil being scattered on the transportation route.

For the hospital project, the Project Management Board needs to review and specifically report difficulties, urgently complete items, strengthen coordination with contractors to speed up progress, ensure the disbursement plan for 2025.
The bypass connecting Thuc Phan - Tan Giang wards (formerly known as the Cao Bang City Bypass) was first approved in 2006, after nearly 20 years of construction, the project has been adjusted many times and has lasted until now. The total investment in the project is over 300 billion VND. The consortium of contractors is 568 Construction Group Joint Stock Company - Traffic Construction Joint Stock Company 873 (construction of traffic works) - Xuan Hoa Trading Company - Bao Quan Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company.
Cao Bang Traditional Medicine Hospital is built by a joint venture between Song Hong Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company and Thang Long Safety Technology Company Limited.
This project is still harassing people when the mountain soil from this project was swept away by the wheels of a large truck and scattered on Vo Nguyen Giap Street - the main traffic axis of the province.
