The Supreme People's Court (SPP) informed on July 29 that this agency has just organized a national online working session to deploy contents on personnel work; headquarters, facilities; deploy the application of information technology; documents guiding the implementation of tasks and some other important contents.
At this working session, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Le Minh Tri requested relevant units, first of all the Department of Organization and Personnel of the Supreme People's Court, to urgently and actively propose and advise on organizing new civil servant recruitment exams to meet the requirements of work in the new situation, no later than September 2025, to complete the recruitment exam;
Focus on prioritizing the settlement of staff for regional People's Courts before August 15, 2025; urgently propose the establishment and addition of specialized Courts at regional People's Courts; coordinate with the Academy of Courts to study and adjust standards for participation in training and fostering professional classes and exams for judicial positions, in which foreign language criteria are promoted.
Along with perfecting the staff, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Le Minh Tri also requested to focus on implementing facilities, prioritizing the courts of provinces to implement the consolidation, especially the regional courts.
Speed up the construction of headquarters of regional People's Courts to ensure progress, quality, and efficiency, long-term service for the implementation of work tasks, avoiding waste. Focus on selecting and building a new headquarters (headquarters of the People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City) that is spacious, quality, and functional to meet the requirements of working after the merger to serve as a model of replication points in the entire industry.
Improving the Court's operational capacity is to increase the application of information technology, promote digital transformation to ensure "correctness, sufficientness, cleanliness, and living" and is also of special interest and close direction to Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Le Minh Tri.
Chief Justice Le Minh Tri requested the Court sector, with the main focus being the Supreme People's Court's Department of Information Technology, to proactively assess the tasks, requirements and achievements of the Courts in applying information technology, digital transformation, etc.
From there, propose solutions to overcome the shortcomings, promote and replicate the results achieved in the whole industry. Maximize the effectiveness of the online system in performing tasks, especially training, fostering and coaching.
The Department of Legal Affairs and Science Management of the Supreme People's Court synchronizes guiding documents, circulars, resolutions... to post on the Supreme People's Court's Electronic Information Portal for the entire industry to access, research and apply consistently and effectively; actively coordinates with the Department of Organization - Personnel, the Court Academy to develop programs and training plans for urgent and important topics for the staff, first of all civil servants and judges of regional courts.
