Article 18 of Decree No. 170/2025/ND-CP (effective from July 1, 2025) stipulates:
1. No later than 20 days from the date the admission list is made public on the website or the electronic information portal of the competent recruiting agency, the successful candidate must complete the recruitment documents and submit them to the competent recruiting agency. Recruitment documents include:
a) Copies of diplomas and certificates (excluding IT certificates and foreign languages) as required by the competent recruitment authority in the Recruitment Notice;
b) Certificate of priority subjects (if any).
2. In case the successful candidate does not complete the recruitment documents as prescribed or commits fraud in declaring the Application Form or is found to have used a diploma, certificate, or certificate that is not in accordance with regulations to participate in the recruitment, the head of the competent recruitment agency shall decide to cancel the recruitment results.
In case the candidate commits fraud in decorating the application form or using the certificate, certificate, and certification not in accordance with regulations to participate in the recruitment, the competent recruitment agency shall publicly announce it on the agency's electronic information page or electronic information portal and not accept the application form for the next recruitment period.
Thus, no later than 20 days from the date the admission list is made public on the website or the electronic information portal of the competent recruiting agency, the successful candidate must complete the recruitment documents and submit them to the competent recruiting agency.
