On August 27, the Cao Bang Provincial Federation of Labor organized a forum "Party with workers - Workers with the Party", attracting a large number of union officials and workers to participate.
Currently, Cao Bang province has more than 28,000 workers and civil servants, of which 103 enterprises have established grassroots unions and 43 enterprises have Party organizations.
At the forum, leaders of Party Committees of Party agencies in the province informed about the socio-economic situation, care for workers' lives, training, reorganization of the two-level government apparatus and major orientations in the document of the 20th Provincial Party Congress (2025-2030).
Workers and grassroots trade unions have made recommendations on many issues.

Teachers at Tuoi Tho Private Kindergarten hope to fully participate in training classes like public teachers; some businesses have proposed to establish a Labor Safety and Hygiene Training Center in the locality to reduce training costs.
The opinions were directly discussed and answered by representatives of Party committees, authorities, trade unions and functional sectors; the contents that have not yet been responded to will be compiled and sent to the competent authority for further response.
On this occasion, the Organizing Committee commended 2 collectives and 11 individuals with outstanding achievements in trade union activities in the period of 2020-2025 and presented 15 gifts to outstanding union members and workers.
