At the conference, Mr. Ngo Thanh Danh - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Dak Nong province requested departments, branches, sectors and localities to complete the unfinished tasks before operating the 2-level local government model. Especially in the management of public finance and assets.
Departments, branches, sectors and localities need to be urgent and responsible in arranging administrative units and perfecting the organization according to the requirements of the Central Government, putting the common interest first.
The Provincial Party Secretary noted that the Central Government currently requires shortening the time for arranging administrative units (provincial and commune levels) to be completed before June 30.
This is a huge pressure, requiring each level, industry, and cadre to "run and queue at the same time", working day and night to complete the remaining workload.
It is necessary to clearly arrange staff to work in Lam Dong. Specifically determine the number of staff transferred and stayed to ensure that professional tasks are carried out effectively and continuously.
Regarding the arrangement and assignment of new commune-level cadres, Mr. Ngo Thanh Danh requested that it should be done in a fair and objective manner.
