1. Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Government Party Committee
To perform the duties of Permanent Deputy Prime Minister.
Monitoring and directing: Government Inspectorate, Government Office.
On behalf of the Prime Minister, directly monitor and direct the following areas of work:
- Crime prevention and control.
- Prevent and combat corruption, negativity, and waste; inspect and resolve complaints and denunciations.
- Anti-aging.
- Judicial reform. Coordinate work between the Government, the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuracy.
- Contents related to the International Financial Center in Vietnam.
- Handling and removing difficulties and obstacles related to long-standing backlog projects nationwide (the handling of slow-progressing and ineffective enterprises in the industry and trade is monitored and directed by Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc).
- Approving investment policies and directing, inspecting, urging, and handling arising issues of investment projects under authority in assigned fields.
Assignment: Head of the Central Steering Committee for National Target Programs for the period 2021-2025; Head of the Steering Committee for reviewing and removing difficulties and obstacles related to long-standing projects nationwide; Chairman of National Councils and Committees, Heads of Steering Committees, Chairman of the Council for appraisal of plans in related fields.
On behalf of the Prime Minister, direct the implementation of Government work when the Prime Minister is absent and are authorized by the Prime Minister.
2. Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long
Monitoring and directing: Ministry of Education and Training, Ministry of Health.
On behalf of the Prime Minister, directly monitor and direct the following areas of work:
- Education, training; vocational education.
- Social problems. Drug addiction management. The implementation of the National Target Program on Drug Prevention and Control until 2030.
- Health, population, family and children.
- Approving investment policies and directing, inspecting, urging, and handling arising issues of investment projects under authority in assigned fields.
Former duties: Chairman of the National Council for Education and Human Resources Development; Chairman of the Central Council for National Defense and Security Education; Chairman of the National Committee for AIDS Prevention and Control of Drug and prostitution; Head of the Central Inter-sectoral Steering Committee on Food Safety and Hygiene; Chairman of the National Councils and Committees, Heads of Steering Committees, Chairman of the Council for appraisal of plans in related fields.
3. Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra
Monitor and direct the Ministry of Home Affairs.
On behalf of the Prime Minister, directly monitor and direct the following aspects of work:
- Frequent issues on emulation - reward, administrative reform.
- Labor, employment, meritorious people, gender equality.
- Approving investment policies and directing, inspecting, urging, and handling arising issues of investment projects under authority in assigned fields.
Former duties: Chairman of National Councils and Committees, Heads of Steering Committees, Chairman of the Council for appraisal of plans in relevant fields.
Carry out other tasks as assigned and authorized by the Prime Minister.
4. Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung
Monitor and direct the Ministry of Justice.
On behalf of the Prime Minister, directly monitor and direct the following aspects of work:
- Building institutions, building a socialist rule-of-law state.
- Handling international disputes and complaints.
- Approving investment policies and directing, inspecting, urging, and handling arising issues of investment projects under authority in assigned fields.
Former duties: Chairman of the National Councils and Committees, Heads of Steering Committees, Chairman of the Council for appraisal of plans in related fields.
Other tasks are assigned and authorized by the Prime Minister.
5. Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son
Monitor and direct the areas of work, ministries, agencies and tasks assigned in Decision No. 401/QD-TTg dated February 25, 2025 of the Prime Minister (points b, c, d, d, Clause 6, Article 2).
6. Deputy Prime Ministers: Tran Hong Ha, Ho Duc Phoc, Nguyen Chi Dung, Mai Van Chinh continue to monitor and direct the fields of work, ministries, agencies and tasks assigned in Decision No. 401/QD-TTg dated February 25, 2025.
