On October 31, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee issued a decision to dismiss Mr. Phan Xuan Bach from the position of Deputy Director of the Provincial Traffic and Rural Development Project Management Board (Board A).
According to the decision, the Director of Board A is assigned to manage, use civil servants and salary regimes for Mr. Phan Xuan Bach according to the provisions of law.
Previously, the competent authority of Dak Lak province issued a document requesting the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to consider dismissing Mr. Phan Xuan Bach - Deputy Director of Board A.
According to the conclusion of the competent authority, during his tenure as Deputy Director in charge of Board A, Mr. Phan Xuan Bach violated Party regulations and State laws in the process of performing assigned duties and tasks.
Mr. Bach was determined to have violated things that Party members are not allowed to do, not fully fulfilling their responsibility as exemplary and the responsibility of the leader, leading to many violations and shortcomings at the board in the period of 2020-2025.
Mr. Bach is also involved in violations in the process of leading, directing and organizing the implementation of the Ho Chi Minh Road project, the section avoiding the East of Buon Ma Thuot.
