Urgently develop, approve and implement in practice the key plan to prevent and combat landslides in the area of ​​Lam Phu Secondary School, Lang Chanh District, ensuring the safety of people and property according to the "4 on-site" motto, especially proactively evacuating/relocating people and property at risk of being affected when heavy rains and dangerous situations occur. The Government will prioritize capital sources together with Thanh Hoa province's counterpart funds to soon invest in the construction of Lam Phu Secondary School so that teachers and students of the school have a solid place to teach and study.

Visiting and inspecting the results of the handling of the incident at No Thon dyke left of Ma river (Vinh An commune, Vinh Loc district), Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha noted that although the dyke is still safe, Thanh Hoa province needs to learn lessons and be more proactive in preventing natural disasters in the future. Issues related to dyke protection beyond the province's capacity should be reported to the Central Government for handling and remedial measures.
