According to the request of General Secretary and President To Lam, the Vietnam Trade Union must innovate faster, deeper, and more substantively to truly be a reliable support for workers, a solid bridge between the Party and State and the working class, and an important force contributing to building the country in the new era. To meet that requirement, trade union levels must promptly grasp the needs and aspirations of union members and workers.
